Coin Club Australia reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment.
Your ability to purchase products and services from this the website may be terminated at any time by Coin Club Australia without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

Prices

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders placed within Australia may be subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are GST inclusive where applicable.There is no GST on GST Free items such as Investment Bullion Products.
  

Supply and Product Availability

• Coin Club Australia reserves the right to refuse or reduce supply to any individual, company or destination for any reason, including but not restricted to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or description, failure in payment, or where fulfilment of the order may expose the company to unnecessary risk.
• All items shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Supply limit may apply to some of our products, which should be stated in the Availability section of each product. It is the buyer’s responsibility not to place any order with excessive quantity than the limit. Orders with excessive quantity will be cancelled by Coin Club Australia and all fees and charges incurred will be at full cost to the buyer.
• Unless stated otherwise, all products ordered via CoinClub.com.au are available at the time of ordering.  Any item unavailable online may be available via a back order. Queries about back orders should be sent to email sales@coinclub.com.au

Payment

• All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipment of goods. Bank Transfer/Deposit payments must be made within 2 working days after purchase.
• We may contact customers to request identification documentation and confirmation of credit card billing address. This is done as a security precaution against fraudulent transactions. Coin Club Australia adheres to a strict security policy.
• Credit Card via Paypal is the only acceptable payment method for international buyers.
• Payments via Online Transfer and Bank Deposit are for Australian buyers only and the payment must be sent from an Australian bank account.
• For online transfer the buyer is required to leave the full Name as reference (or To Account description).
• For cash deposit at Commonwealth Bank Australia the buyer is required to contact us through Contact Us page and inform us the reference used for the deposit and the branch number (BSB) on the deposit receipt.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched during normal business hours.
• All shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping costs are based on the item count, the total order value and the delivery destination.  Once items have been added to the shopping cart an estimated delivery cost will be displayed. This will be confirmed once a delivery address has been added during Step 2 of the checkout process. Special Delivery Charges may be applicable for heavy or oversized items.

• Due to the valuable nature of our products, we may require a signature from an authorised person for your delivery at your nominated delivery address. Products will be deemed received by you, if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address. Delivery details must include a daytime contact telephone number. 
• Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Coin Club Australia will not be a party to the avoidance of import taxes, charges or fees in foreign countries.

Guarantee

• If within 14 days you are unhappy with any purchase made from CoinClub.com.au, we will happily refund the full purchase price, less shipping&handling charge, when you return it to us in original condition. This guarantee is applicable to website, phone and email orders only, and excludes bullion products. Approval must be arranged before goods can be returned. Customers shall take reasonable care with goods whilst they are in their possession.
